Booking terms and conditions

Booking confirmation:

A deposit is required to confirm the booking for everyone (except for “last minute” bookings subject of course to availability), including FRIENDS and FRIENDLY CUSTOMERS, corresponding to approximately 2 days ‘ board for the number of Persons per week of stay or 30% of the total stay, in the case of short stays or weekends the minimum deposit is Euro 100.00 per room to be sent by bank transfer, within 3 days of booking by telephone or by e-mail, to:

with the reason for payment:

Please indicate on the transfer the booking reference, your postal or e-mail address so that we can send you a written confirmation of your booking, as well as your home and mobile phone number.
If the transfer is made by another person, please specify that it relates to the booking made by Mr. … (surname and first name)

Binding reservation:

After your written acceptance and written booking confirmation from us the reservation will be binding.

Reservation of Rooms and Apartments:

Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm the number and floor of a specific room and/or flat. It is however our prerogative to take your requests and wishes into consideration. The same applies to tables in the restaurant.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations are always a sore point, it is a shame and a considerable financial loss if rooms remain vacant when someone else could have stayed at the same time.

  • In the event of a justified cancellation or change ofstayup to 60 days prior to the start of the stay, the deposit can be kept for a holiday of the same duration or value as the booked and cancelled stay – subject to availability – in the following period and in any case within 8 months by checking availability for the new period in the last 30 days prior to the start of the new stay.
  • Forcancellationsbetween 59 and 30 days before the start of the stay, the Hotel will retain the deposit as compensation.
  • Forcancellationsfrom 29 days up to 11 days before the start of the stay, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked stay package will be charged.
  • Forcancellationsfrom 10 days up to 4 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked stay package will be charged.
  • Forcancellationsfrom 3 days until the day before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booked stay package will be charged.

No show or early departure will incur a penalty of 100% of the booked stay package.
