Good cooking is a tradition we have been carrying on since 1860 here in Molveno, so much so that our restaurant is part of the renowned“Osteria Tipica Trentina” Product Club.
At the Alexander Hotel you will find a large buffet for an energetic breakfast with home-made cakes, cold meats, cheeses, local honey and jams and much more, to face the day with a smile.
Those who like to get up later or couldn’t make it in time for breakfast can enjoy their first meal of the day in our Lounge Bar.
After a busy day on the snow, there is nothing better than an Après-Ski with friends or family. Every afternoon, our Lounge Bar organises tasty snacks and aperitifs that will satisfy the needs of young and old alike.
In order to satisfy any need, every day we propose a Vital-Wellness Menu to stay in harmony with your body, a Vegetarian Menu, a Gluten Free Menu (for those who are intolerant/allergic to gluten), a Typical Menu with the traditional flavours of the Trentino cuisine, a Menu for Little Guests, a large salad buffet and the Chef’s dessert.
We organise typical Trentino dinners by candlelight, theme evenings and tasty aperitifs on our terrace..
The All’Aquila Nera e Cima Tosa Restaurant is also open to the public with the possibility of dining a la Carte, with a 4-choice Tourist Menu of the day or with a Tasting Menu… accompanied by a good list of typical Trentino wines.
You can choose to dine in the intimate ‘Black Eagle’ Stube by candlelight, in the bright Winter Garten or on our wooden Panoramic Terrace with a view of the lake and the Brenta Dolomites.
